7...Be7 8.0-0 Qc7 [8...Nxe4? 9.Bxe7 Nxc3 10.Bxd8 Nxd1 11.Bc7 Nxb2 wins a P but 12.Bxd6 Na4 13.Bf3+/= + Rab1 gives White a big lead in development & too many open lines.]
9.a4 Braeden wants to stop Lou from expanding with ...b5 or castling long.
